Hey there!

Thanks for stopping by! Let me introduce myself and how Homaged came to be. I am a creator and a collector: this space is a sort of portfolio, of my own art as a fiber artist, as well as pieces that energize me. Most of these are available for purchase through my Etsy store.

I’m Zach! I grew up and am based in the Greater Boston area, where my family has been rooted since the early 1900s. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to intense color, retro design, and the idea that one’s home is one’s castle. Countless family dinners and parties with extended relatives laid the groundwork for my appreciation of tradition, mementos, and heirlooms. Art, in many forms, always has been around me.

I trained professionally as a classical musician and now enjoy a lively career in arts administration. I see my experiences in the music world as directly influencing and inspiring my love of the visual art world. All art is connected.

I have always loved to create, teach, and share - whether performing on stage, presenting to a crowd, or displaying a new project fresh from my loom.

After years of collecting, creating, learning, and decorating my own home in Brighton, I decided to share my passion and knowledge by starting Homaged. I’m proud to show the pieces that I have made, which often share similar traits to those I have collected and hope to share. All of these works and pieces speak to me; my growing collection is hand-picked, hand-made, researched, and listed for a full range of budgets, uses, and tastes.

Welcome! I hope you find something you like.
